ZAVARUKHIN VLADIMIR (Chinese Name:扎瓦鲁辛·弗拉基米尔), a Russian teacher, has served as a foreign expert in the Mechanical Design and Manufacturing program at Yellow River Conservancy Technical University (YRCTU) since 2017.
