JOHN ROBERT LUTCHKO (Chinese Name:约翰·罗伯特·卢奇科), an American teacher, has served as a foreign expert in the Engineering Survey Technology program at Yellow River Conservancy Technical University (YRCTU) since 2016.
With fifteen years of professional experience, he possesses extensive cross-cultural teaching expertise and curriculum development experience. He skillfully integrates American course concepts with local Chinese practices and places a strong emphasis on students’ practical skills and innovative thinking. In his teaching, he has actively introduced project-based learning and case study methods, thereby significantly improving students’ professional English proficiency and cross-cultural technical communication skills. Furthermore, he has actively contributed to the development of the professional curriculum system and the creation of teaching materials. These efforts have significantly advanced the internationalization of the Engineering Survey Technology program at YRCTU.
