JOHN ROBERT LUTCHKO (Chinese Name:约翰·罗伯特·卢奇科), an American teacher, has served as a foreign expert in the Engineering Survey Technology program at Yellow River Conservancy Technical University (YRCTU) since 2016.

With fifteen years of professional experience, he possesses extensive cross-cultural teaching expertise and curriculum development experience. He skillfully integrates American course concepts with local Chinese practices and places a strong emphasis on students’ practical skills and innovative thinking. In his teaching, he has actively introduced project-based learning and case study methods, thereby significantly improving students’ professional English proficiency and cross-cultural technical communication skills.
