On January 23, Yellow River Conservancy Technical University (YRCTU) held a promotion meeting for the 2025 Annual Report on Higher Education Opening-up in the first conference room of the Administration Building, to make special arrangements and conduct mobilization for the related work. Heads of the Liaison and Cooperation Department, the Human Resources Department, the Office of Academic Affairs, the Science and Technology Department, and the School of International Education attended the meeting.

At the meeting, Ji Yao, Director of the Liaison and Cooperation Department, pointed out that the Annual Report on Higher Education Opening-up in Henan Province served as an important vehicle for systematically summarizing YRCTU’s achievements in international education and presenting its image in international exchanges. He put forward specific requirements for the submission of the 2025 Annual Report. First, all departments shall assign a specific person in charge to compile highlights and track progress of annual international exchanges and cooperation in line with their respective responsibilities, and shall ensure data accuracy and timely submission. Second, all departments shall strengthen coordination, enhance information sharing and cooperation, and jointly ensure high-quality completion of all tasks. Third, all departments shall take this work as an opportunity to conduct in-depth analysis of the outcomes of international education. YRCTU will transform these achievements into a driving force for strategic planning and overall development, and steadily raise its global influence.

Subsequently, the person in charge of the Liaison and Cooperation Department explained to each responsible unit the specific content of the information collection form, indicator interpretation, task breakdown, and division of duties. The participants engaged in discussions and exchanges based on their respective units’ actual work. They addressed topics such as the division of reporting tasks and the scope of data statistics, and further clarified work requirements and deadlines.

This promotion meeting helped reach a common understanding, clarified objectives and tasks, and laid a solid foundation for the successful completion of the systematic submission of the 2025 Annual Report on Higher Education Opening-up in Henan Province.
