柴冉，男，河南农业大学博士。主要科研方向为微生物基因编辑、微生物发酵、食药用真菌种植、环境污染物的生物降解。讲授专业课《环境微生物学》和《环境管理与法规》等。

在Science Bulletin、Computers and Electronics in Agriculture、International Journal of Biological Macromolecules、Scientific Reports、Plant and Soil、Microorganisms、Fungal biology等杂志第一作者发表SCI论文9篇，授权专利4项，主持与参与多项省部级项目。
